My approach is relational and integrative, meaning I tailor my way of working to suit your unique story. I blend Transactional Analysis with other tools like NLP or Timeline Therapy if they’re useful. But at the core, it’s about our connection and how we can safely explore what’s going on in your life, at your pace.
I help people make sense of their inner narrative, what beliefs they’ve carried, what patterns repeat, and how their past might be influencing their present. Together, we look at what’s getting in the way of the life they want, and gently start exploring alternatives, always with compassion and curiosity.
You can expect warmth, curiosity, and a lack of judgment. I aim to create a space where you can be fully yourself, even if you're not sure who that is right now. We might talk, reflect, laugh, cry or sometimes just sit with things. Whether we work via email, phone, or video, it’s all about building trust and going gently from there.
I offer a range of flexible therapy options to suit your needs, including email therapy and online therapy via phone or video call. Email therapy can be a helpful, reflective space if you prefer time to process and put your thoughts into words, while phone or video sessions offer a more immediate, conversational experience from the comfort of your own space. I tailor my approach to your unique story rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I draw on Transactional Analysis alongside tools such as NLP and Timeline Therapy where they feel useful, but at the heart of the work is the relationship we build together and creating a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you at a pace that feels right.
I believe in dignity, equality, and kindness. I’m LGBTQ+ and non-monogamy affirming, kink-aware, and neurodiversity friendly. I want people to feel seen for who they are, not who society expects them to be. I carry a deep belief that people are doing the best they can with the tools they have and part of therapy is helping you build a new toolbox.
I’ve always been drawn to supporting people through change, initially in business, helping teams through major transformation. But over time, I realised it was the people, their stories, and their emotional journeys that really spoke to me. After years in systems implementation and organisational change, I began working with young people and later qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. It felt like a natural evolution, moving from changing systems to supporting emotional transformation.
I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood, especially those who’ve felt silenced or different. I remember being five years old and thinking, “I won’t treat people like that.” That intention has stayed with me. Helping people reconnect with themselves is not just work for me, it’s deeply meaningful.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Diploma in Therapy. I’m a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic therapist with an advanced diploma in Transactional Analysis from The Link Centre. I’m also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, Hypnosis, and Advanced Email Therapy.
It is not ethically allowed by the professional bodies that I am accredited with. However, hopefully our discovery session will allow you to ask questions and get an initial sense whether we’re a good fit, or not.
