About Me

I’ve always been drawn to supporting people through change, initially in business, helping teams through major transformation. But over time, I realised it was the people, their stories, and their emotional journeys that really spoke to me. After years in systems implementation and organisational change, I began working with young people and later qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. It felt like a natural evolution, moving from changing systems to supporting emotional transformation.

Key areas of support:

  • Anxiety & stress

  • Bereavement, grief & loss

  • Bullying

  • Depression & low mood

  • Disability-related experiences (hearing, visual and other impairments)

  • Emotional & psychological abuse

  • Family dynamics & complexities

  • Kink, BDSM & non-traditional relationship styles

  • Life transitions & adjustment

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Self-esteem & identity

  • Sexual wellbeing, intimacy & desire

  • Sexuality, gender and LGBT+ topics

  • Work-related stress

How I work:

I believe that everyone deserves support tailored to their unique story and struggles, as no two journeys are ever alike. By combining empathy with curiosity, I aim to meet people where they are and support them to find their voice and make progress, whatever that may look like for them. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or simply a compassionate listener, my aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. Together, we can explore the obstacles you face, uncover strengths you may not know you possess, and chart a path forward that resonates with your values and aspirations. I draw upon both my professional training and life experiences to help others with various challenges. I have a BSc in Psychology; I am a qualified Integrative Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and level 7 trainee Psychotherapist. Over the years I’ve trained in various therapeutic approaches which means I can draw on different theories, models and tools depending on the nature of your need. I’ve worked with clients ranging from teens to people in their 90’s, one of whom came to explore their life choices at 99, which goes to show it’s never too late! I work with people facing big transitions, painful losses, confusing emotions, or simply that sense of ‘something’s not right’. Maybe you’re navigating family challenges, a breakup, burnout, or midlife uncertainty. Or you’ve always felt a bit ‘different’, unheard, misjudged. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone, this space is for you.
